When it comes to mouth-watering actions and romance, K-dramas have got them. From ‘City Hunter’ to ‘A man called god’ and others, Korean series have been able to try to satisfy the ‘thirst’ of their fans. - The King: eternal monarch
This is a series that was released in 2020. It tells the story of a modern king who teleports into another world entirely. There, he meets a world that is completely different from the one he left behind. It is part of the first top six K-dramas ranked by PIJAlance.
2. Lovers of the red sky
A story adapted to the Joseon era. A romance story between two lovers- Hong Chun Gi, a female painter and Ha Ram. It was released in 2021. It is part of the second top six K-dramas ranked by PIJAlance.
3. Jinxed at first
Revolving around Soo Gwang, whose life was blissful seven years before he met Seul Bi. He lives in a world of fantasy about Seul Bi and bad things happen to him. The series was released in 2022.
4. Tale of the nine-tailed
In a similar story, ‘my girlfriend is a nine-tailed fox’, a gumiho finds the reincarnation of his lost love in a city. Leon fights other opposition to keep his dream alive. It was released in 2020.
5. Familiar wife
Like the horrible turn of events in ‘Outlander’, where the wife disappeared while on vacation, married couples have their fate changed magically after an unforeseen incident. They are left to fight for their relationship. It was released in 2018.
6. Island
Island is an ongoing series, featuring demons witch-hunting humans and with another human hero, remade through the blood of the demon to put the stop to it. The question still lingers, will the human be able to do the task? It is possibly the best out of the top six K-dramas, we listed.
