Reactions As Marine Science Graduate Walks With Placard, Begging for Job
Addae was a graduate of Marine Science from the University of Ghana.
ACCRA— (PIJAlance) A university of ghana graduate, Issac Addae has been spotted on the street of Ghana with placard, begging for job.
This was discovered on a verified twitter handle of an award-winning sport Journalist, Saddick Adams.
Addae was a graduate of Marine Science from the University of Ghana.
Adams had posted, soliciting on behalf of him to get a job.
However, there were several reactions following the post by Adams.
A popular ghana platform, JobTube Ghana said, “Question. After everyone in Ghana helps this 1 guy find a job, what happens to the rest of the unemployed folks? Because if all the unemployed youth in Ghana chose to walk the streets tomorrow with their placards demanding jobs, it’d probably bring the country to a standstill.
“I hope he finds a job. I really do. But if I may offer some constructive feedback to anyone looking to adopt this street signboard approach, please state your years of experience & what problems you can solve. That’s what may separate you from other UG Marine Science graduates.”
Also, Emmanuel Bobbey noted that @SaddickAdams “please tell this guy to check out on Erasmus Mundus scholarship, there are so many master’s scholarship opportunities for this program, and also to check out Universities in the United States. There are full Ph.D. scholarships in this program. He can apply with BSc”
Another tweep said, “Does the job market really require the kind of skills he studied in the university?
“The young men and women should small research on the job market before reading such courses.”
However, in response to the above, a tweep said, “Wrong analysis. Every coarse is important and profitable. It’s just unfortunate our country doesn’t have need/provision for it.”
Until now, no one seems to have successfully gotten job for the graduate.
