The Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, National Association of Mass Communication Students (NAMACOS) have gladly shout for victory as the Department won, for the first time, in the Mr and Ms Ospoly football competition, today.
The match had started few weeks ago, with all the departments in the institution competing on the fields.
But as the fate would had it, Mass Communication department eventually lord over Computer Science Department with scoring statistics at 1-0.
NAMACOS players, conjoined with the multitudes of the departmental students have since then making joyful shouts over the Mr and Miss ospoly competition that lands in their department as a result of winning against the computer science department.
However, the joy still remains with the computer science department as the duo are in the same faculty.
Even, the faculty president of the Faculty of Information and Communications Technology (FICT), Comrade Alagangan Gbenga (Little) remark the brilliant achievements of the mass communication department, saying he is very happy.

Worthy of note, the mach started around 1:10 pm.
The two football teams played 0:0 in the whole 90 minutes, before the match turned to penalty.
The duo teams present their goal keepers, Akeju as NAMACOS goal keeper, while, Babalola oluwaseun as computer science goal keeper.
Akeju, however, turned a true butterfly hunter as he saved three penalties for NAMACOS. But, Babalola, as smart as he is could only save two penalties for computer science department.
Comrade Ajimoti Abass, the NAMACOS sport director comrade also extend his indefatigable thanks to God and all the players.
He encourage them to buckle down for another coming rector’s cup competition, assuring them that they will win.
The NAMACOS president, also, couldn’t love the winning more. He comely lauds all the players for their doggedness from beginning of the match to the final stage.
He felicitates the department over the winning of Mr and Miss Ospoly competition.
