Management of EUC Homes situated in Lekki Lagos, has called on customers to secure any of their estates in developed areas in Lagos at 50 per cent outright as the price will go up by 50 per cent in November.
In a piece made available to the PIJALance Magazine, EUC Homes noted that the increment is as result of the economic crisis which continually take its toll on the housing industry.
It added that in a bid to save its customers better, though the economy is challenging, result into the 20 percent increment in November 1st.
It now called on its customers to secure their chance to own a house while the company still opens the 50 per cent discount of sales.
In its words, “As the economic reality continues to take it’s toll on the housing industry, we have also experienced several changes in our efforts to bring to you quality homes leading to price increment on all our estates except Atlantic courtyards.
“It is however important to notify you of the price increment on our prestigious estates starting from the 1st of November, 2022.
