The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, iree has taken a u-turn on the #10,000 late payment charges on tuition fee for full time students.
This came after a series of meetings held with the management by the Institution’s Students’ Union Government about the late fee.
Recall that on Monday 24th of may, 2021, management had put into effect the #10,000 naira late payment fee, saying it’s a penalty for students who fail to pay on time.
Since then, the Students’ Union had told students of the Institution to not pay as they are working tirelessly to ensure management reconsider its decision.
However, it came shortly today through the Students’ Union government that the management has reversed the payment.
Students’ Union Government also urge students to pay as early as possible hence, since the grace before the late registration fees took effects again lasted for 11th of June, 2021.
