Breaking: Herdsmen shot dead Sowore’s brother in Edo

Some suspected herdsmen/kidnappers have shot the younger brother of the Sahara Reporters publisher and Activist, Omoyele Sowore dead in Edo.

 

Sowore, in a terse post, said his brother, Olajide Sowore was killed by suspected herdsmen/kidnappers in Edo state.

 

According to him: “My immediate younger brother, Olajide Sowore was today shot and killed near Okada in Edo state by reportedly herdsmen /kidnappers on his way from Igbinedion University in Edo sate where he is studying Pharmacy.

 

“They snuffed out the life yet another real human being! Rest In Power, “Dr. Mamiye!”

 

“This act in itself will not delay their day of justice.”

Police authorities have yet to confirm or deny the incident.
