Not less than four hours after PIJAlance Magazine reported about an alleged fraud of Access Bank plc on a customer who complained was debited twice and not refunded, the commercial bank has responded to the complaint, blindly.

Access Bank responded through its verified Twitter handle barely four hours after the story was published with an implicit response.

In a tweet with Toria as the sender, Access Bank plc blindly shows concern and willingness to discuss the issue further.

“Hi @pijalance, I share your concern and we’d like to get this resolved. If you’d like to discuss this further, please send us a DM with your account number and full details ^Toria,” the tweet quoted.

Worthy of note, the tweet became a blind response because the right question was not asked by the bank.

Moreover, Montell Benson, the victim has said this was always the normal routine of Access Bank since he was debited but will never act on it, hitherto.
