As the 2023 election begins on Saturday, more than 10 Local Governments have yet to start voting as the Independent National Electoral Commission officials have yet to arrive at the voting centres, Tweeps noted.
PIJAlance gathered a few out of the hundreds of Tweets under @Mochievous’ Tweets, stating INEC officials have yet to arrive at some polling centres.
In Abia State, Mouau, oboro II ikwuano, INEC officials are nowhere to be found. Also, polling unit Queens secondary school I and II Enugu. A Tweep noted around 10:47am, INEC officials have yet to be found. Also in Enugu East, ugbo odogwu primary school, Transekulu. “No electoral material… No INEC official…Time is 10:25AM,” a Tweep noted.
“Penthouse estate polling unit kabusa ward, Lugbe, FCT. No INEC official/ materials yet to be around. Here at Michael Okpara university of agriculture Umudike. Nothing deh happen here since morning,” Tweeps noted.

They’re not here yet and it’s 10:41!!!INEC officials are yet to arrive at my polling unit. My Polling unit is Community Primary School Umuoba III Obibi-Uratta I Location: Owerri North, Imo state.”
